<p>In a warm water, pour in some essential oils such as Tee Trea, Pine Tree, and Eucalyptus oil. Dip a cloth in this mixture and compress it at your nose. Make sure that your head is elevated and your eyes are closed because the Eucalyptus oil result to a stingy feeling.</p>
<p>Garlic capsules or garlic juice can also help in alleviating sinus infection as well. If you don&#8217;t have one at home, you can always chop a few cloves of garlic and put it in a bowl of warm water. Inhale the steam and do this for at least 3 times everyday.</p>
