But meat is one of the tastiest foods right? So here are some tips that would allow you to enjoy meat without taking in so much fat in your body.</p>
<ol>
<li>Always buy only the lean cut meats</li>
<li>As much as possible, avoid frying food. Instead use other fat-free ways of cooking like baking, grilling, broiling, or roasting the meat</li>
<li>Cook meat soup in advance. Refrigerate it afterwards then take off the fats that will harden at the top of the boiled meat.</li>
<li>Trim off all the visible fats before cooking.</li>
</ol>

<li>I FEEL EXHAUSTED AT THE END OF THE DAY, I&#8217;M TOO TIRED TO EXERCISE &#8211; do the routine in the morning rather than exercising at night.</li>
<li>I&#8217;M JUST TOO LAZY TO EXERCISE &#8211; do it with a friend to make exercising a lot more fun</li>
<li>THE EQUIPMENTS ARE JUST TOO EXPENSIVE &#8211; exercising and getting fit does not mean big equipments all the time. You can simply buy an exercise video and follow the instructions so you&#8217;ll be on your way to a fitter and healthier you!</li>

<p>As a matter of fact, Diet Coke has more calories than alcoholic beverages having 9 calories per gram. Whereas the alcoholic beverage called Vodka only has 7 calories/gram. The lesser amount of calories a beverage has, the faster it will be metabolized by  the body.</p>
