		<description>Yoga is very helpful for sleep, and definitely better earlier in the evening.  As we sleep, our body temperature falls.  So if we engage in strenuous activities close to bedtime, this can delay sleep onset.  If falling asleep is the problem, best to tryaerobic exercise in the morning, then relaxation (such as yoga) later in the day.
