I am about to marry and the most common question I get is: What do you have to dress? The second question I get shortly after is: How do you want your hair. It is precisely these two things are most important to a bride: dress and hairstyle. In many cases, hair highlighting her dress and gives that extra luxury feeling. Whether you opt for a casual summery look or a sophisticated set of required reflection and work.

A hairstyle that looks very simple, can take a while to get to and a hairdo that looks out advanced can go fast to make. My advice is, choose the dress first. Think about what you want to highlight. What you choose for jewelry depends entirely on how you should have your hair. I’m going to have a small tiara of rhinestones, therefore I choose smaller earrings and a pretty necklace.

Her hair, I will bring up to half and let it hang down in the back. I will also leave a thin loop hang down on each side of the temple. The hair will be attracted back a bit and of course I will bring in additional extensions in the form of clip in the extra volume. My hair is very long so the extensions the extra volume that serves most of the building instead of prolonging.

My hair is black and therefore I have chosen to use rhinestones in it to get a bit more luxurious feeling in the hair, although it is simple. The hair will be put up something like this with with the tiara and a rhinestone-buckle rear.

When you experience sinusitis, you just don’t have an aching feeling at the nose but other parts of your face as well. Eventually you will start having headaches, difficulty in breathing, discomforts, and even fever. That is why it is essential that you treat sinus infection ASAP with medicines. What if you don’t have one? Here are some ways to help you treat sinusitis while you are at home.

In a warm water, pour in some essential oils such as Tee Trea, Pine Tree, and Eucalyptus oil. Dip a cloth in this mixture and compress it at your nose. Make sure that your head is elevated and your eyes are closed because the Eucalyptus oil result to a stingy feeling.

Garlic capsules or garlic juice can also help in alleviating sinus infection as well. If you don’t have one at home, you can always chop a few cloves of garlic and put it in a bowl of warm water. Inhale the steam and do this for at least 3 times everyday.

Gout is probably the most painful type of rheumatic disease one can ever experience. It is a combination of pain made up of arthritis attacks as well as inflammation. That is why many people who are affected by gout are doing their best just to avoid experiencing this condition.

Alcohol beverages, particularly cocktails, can trigger gout. Cutting back on alcohol can make a big difference in the intensity of pain.

There are also advisable foods that you must include in your diet if you have gout. This includes cherries, carrot juice, banana, lime, beet juice, cucumber, apples and French beans. The amount varies depending on the health care specialist who keeps track of your gout.

You must also avoid taking too much acidic foods if you want to avoid experiencing the pain of this annoying gout.

With everything that is just a click away, people can’t seem to get their eyes off of their computers. Just like the rest of your body, eyes too can get tired. That is why it is important that you give it a little rest or at least reduce the amount of time that you spend in front of the computer if possible. But if this is part of your daily routine or job, here are some of the things that you can do in order to reduce the risk of computer eye strain.

Use anti-glare screens

Take a break after every 15 minutes

Look at something green to relax your eyes

Try to do some eye exercises to avoid eye strain

Use a bigger font or bigger font size so you don’t have to squint all the time

Remember that the eye is the most important part of your body. Even with the technology today, it is still hard to replace your vision once it is already damaged.

The only thing that could help you in killing those bacteria is by cooking. See to it that you cook it over a temperature of 71 degree Celcius or equivalent to 160 degree Fahrenheit. To measure the temperature, stick the food thermometer at the thickest part of the meat. Keep on cooking the meat until it is cooked and the bacteria is destroyed.

Numerous herbal remedies are now in the market which claims to treat depression. However, not all of these natura herbs have been proven to be effective.

The herb called Passion Flower has anti-anxiety effects thanks to the flavonoid called chrysin.

The Eleutherococcus senticosus also known as the Siberian Ginseng can help relieve stress. It also aids in improving mental alertness as well.

Ginger and Basil can also help in alleviating fatigue and stress. It can also treat anxiety and even sleeping disorders at the same time.

See to it that you don’t combine anti-depressant medications with these herbal remedies. This may alter the effects or would only make your depression worse.

When talking about depression, the first option of many people today is talking anti-depressants and other medications which can improve their condition. However, these medicines may sometimes not work or even give adverse effects. Treating depression can actually start with a perfect diet that is specially meant for this condition.

If you think that you have depression, stop eating junk foods. Not only that it can give you more pounds but it can also decrease your brain’s function and deregulates your neurotransmitters. The latter is responsible for your reactions and your behaviors.

Some of the foods that you must eat includes foods that are rich in carbohydrates, essentials fats such ass Omega-3, foods that have amino acid tryptophan (this includes turkey, chicken, peas, and fish), and even garlic.

These foods must be included in your anti-depressant meal/diet so you can get back to your old self in no time!

Yes it does! However, the effects can only be felt for only a couple of hours. There are two main ingredients which can give this effect to you – the high amount of caffeine and sugar present in the energy drinks.

But today, there are now energy drinks that are sugar-free but can still give you the same result as well. This is because there is still huge amount of caffeine that would compensate for the sugar so that you can still get that extra kick that you need.

However, there are adverse effects when taking too much energy drinks. Because of the sugar, it is possible that you gain a few pounds. And thanks to the caffeine, you may experience irritability, nervousness, and increase in blood pressure.

A healthy lifestyle is still the safest bet if you want to have a boosted energy all the time.
