Fresh fruits – alright, this one is already given. Fresh fruits do have a lot of fibers which can promote good digestion and can get rid of the fats stored in your body. See to it that you always eat a fruit or two every meal especially the citrus fruits.
Soybean – it has lecithin which can protect your cells from getting stored fats. It can also break the hard fats that are already stored in your body.
Garlic oil – like the soybean, it can also breakdown the stored fats and even the amount of cholesterol in your body.
