Important nutritions that you must have everyday

Carbohydrates – you must consume at least 225 grams up to 325 grams of carbohydrates on a daily basis
Protein – have at least 50 grams to 175 grams of protein everyday
Healthy fat or good fat – this must be limited to 40 to 70 grams a day
Saturated fat – 15 grams is the maximum amount of saturated that you can consume daily
Trans fat – you must only have 2 grams of trans fat each day
Cholesterol – don’t consume more than300 milligrams of cholesterol everyday if you want to be healthy
Fiber – one must have 40 grams of fiber daily
Sodium – if possible, try to consume only 1500 milligrams of sodium a day
