Must-eat foods for the smokers

If you really can’t resist to puff and destroy your lungs, at least try to eat foods that can help you have a healthy body despite of this vice. However, it would not neutralize the damages that smoking did to your body and the effect could be minimal depending on how severe your smoking addiction is.
Milk and vegetables are some of the foods that must be included in a smoker’s diet. Vegetables can help in eliminating the bad chemicals and toxins in the body that came from smoking cigarettes and tobaccos. Milk can also do the same as well.
There is no such thing as a diet that could compensate for all the damages caused by smoking. But you should at least try to have a milk and a vegetable a day if you want to at least repair these health damages rather than completely destroying it.

This is some really interesting stuff, i wish i had known this when i was a smoker. I will be sure to pass this information on to all those smokers out their. I know people find it hard to quit smoking but i would just like to share the benefits that come from quitting smoking in the first 10 day alone!
20 mins: heart rate drops
