		<description>This is some really interesting stuff, i wish i had known this when i was a smoker. I will be sure to pass this information on to all those smokers out their. I know people find it hard to quit smoking but i would just like to share the benefits that come from quitting smoking in the first 10 day alone!
20 mins: heart rate drops
12 hours: Blood Levels of carbon monoxide drop to a normal level
24 hours: Your chances of having a heart attack have already decreased
2 days: All cigarettes by-products have left you system
3 days: Your Bronchial tubes will relax and your energy levels will increase.
10 days: Your circulation will increase; bringing a healthier colour to your skin and keep your body at the ideal temperature</description>
