Sodium also plays an important role in your muscles’ relaxation as well as contraction. Other than that, sodium is also responsible in maintaining the balance of liquid in your body as well.
However, the use of sodium is no longer advisable for oldies especially if you are already in your senior years. This may lead to health problems such as kidney failure, diabetes, and high blood pressure
