  • Glucosamine – it would aid in reducing joint pains particularly in knees
  • Folic Acid - prevents memory loss, dementia, and even Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Omega-3 - aids in boosting the heart’s function and protects men from having heart problems

    I think the problem that us men have is that many of us choose not to talk about what is going on in our lives.

    This problem escalates when men start to develop depression because a lot of us will just keep it all stored inside and not look to the outside for help!

    I’m lucky in the sense that I’ve always told people how I’m feeling.
