What memory loss? Tips on how you could improve your memory

Have you found yourself looking for “lost things” when it fact you have that missing thing all the time? Have you felt that you lost a minute of your time and didn’t exactly know where you spent it? It’s not alien abduction, it’s just memory loss!!!

Although this is common among old people, memory less can also occur on younger adults as well. So if you have this kind of problem, here are some tips that would help to remember:

  1. Always write things down. Keep a pen and paper handy. Write all the things that you have to do no matter how big or small it is.
  2. Eat foods that are rich in memory-enhancing properties such as Vitamin B12, Thiamin, Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C.
  3. Don’t stress too much.
  4. Keep an active brain by playing games like crossword puzzles, mind quizzes, and sodoku.

Do these and you can overcome memory loss with these tips, unless you want to have an excuse for not showing on a family reunion or a date!
