<p>But today, there are now energy drinks that are sugar-free but can still give you the same result as well. This is because there is still huge amount of caffeine that would compensate for the sugar so that you can still get that extra kick that you need.</p>
<p>However, there are adverse effects when taking too much energy drinks. Because of the sugar, it is possible that you gain a few pounds. And thanks to the caffeine, you may experience irritability, nervousness, and increase in blood pressure.</p>
