One of the most common causes of allergy is food. More often than not, many infants to adults are allergic to foods like eggs and peanuts. Other foods that has a high risk of giving allergic reactions include shellfish, soy products, fish, tree nuts, and even milk.

Allergies can also start with airborne elements such as dust, molds, dust mites, and pollens. A sign that you are allergic to these is sneezing or coughing whenever exposed to the said airborne allergens.

You must also make sure that you do not have allergic reactions with anti-biotics especially if it is penicillin-based. Studies showed the penicillin can also be an allergen and may result to skin rashes or even difficulty in breathing when taken by the person allergic to it.
