However, these medicines may sometimes not work or even give adverse effects. Treating depression can actually start with a perfect diet that is specially meant for this condition.</p>
<p>If you think that you have depression, stop eating junk foods. Not only that it can give you more pounds but it can also decrease your brain&#8217;s function and deregulates your neurotransmitters. The latter is responsible for your reactions and your behaviors.</p>
<p>Some of the foods that you must eat includes foods that are rich in carbohydrates, essentials fats such ass Omega-3, foods that have amino acid tryptophan (this includes turkey, chicken, peas, and fish),  and even garlic.</p>
<p>These foods must be included in your anti-depressant meal/diet so you can get back to your old self in no time!</p>
