With everything that is just a click away, people can’t seem to get their eyes off of their computers. Just like the rest of your body, eyes too can get tired. That is why it is important that you give it a little rest or at least reduce the amount of time that you spend in front of the computer if possible. But if this is part of your daily routine or job, here are some of the things that you can do in order to reduce the risk of computer eye strain.

Use anti-glare screens

Take a break after every 15 minutes

Look at something green to relax your eyes

Try to do some eye exercises to avoid eye strain

Use a bigger font or bigger font size so you don’t have to squint all the time

Remember that the eye is the most important part of your body. Even with the technology today, it is still hard to replace your vision once it is already damaged.
