If you lack sleep, there is a big possibility that you would not function effectively the next day. Lack of sleep can also cause health problems as well.</p>
<p>Exercise can improve blood circulation and even helps in getting that tight sleep that everyone wants.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t nap in the afternoon if you are having difficulties in sleeping at night.</p>
<p>Reduce your alcohol nd coffee intake.</p>
<p>Create an inviting environment so you could feel relaxed and sleep better at night.</p>
<p>Keep your room dark.</p>
