<ol>
<li><strong>Experiment</strong> &#8211; stop the same old boring healthy food recipe. Try to browse other recipes which can bring life to your dull healthy diet. Toss in some tropical fruits in your cabbage and lettuce or use create peach sandwich instead of the old peanut butter &amp; jelly.</li>
<li><strong>Add beans </strong>- black beans or chick pea can be tasty when mixed with salad</li>
<li><strong>Think soya -</strong> try frying some tofu rather than drinking soymilk</li>
<li><strong>Add flavor, add texture -</strong>ditch the old Thousand Islands. Use salsa in your healthy food and combine it with chunks of meat like chicken or tuna.</li>
