<li>I DON&#8217;T HAVE THE TIME TO EXERCISE! &#8211; yes you do! you can simply wake up early or take at least 10 minutes of your time to a basic exercise.</li>
<li>I DON&#8217;T LIKE TO EXERCISE BECAUSE IT&#8217;S SO BORING &#8211; try to have a varied routine and think of the exercise as a fun activity than a chore to keep yourself in shape</li>
<li>I FEEL EXHAUSTED AT THE END OF THE DAY, I&#8217;M TOO TIRED TO EXERCISE &#8211; do the routine in the morning rather than exercising at night.</li>
<li>I&#8217;M JUST TOO LAZY TO EXERCISE &#8211; do it with a friend to make exercising a lot more fun</li>
<li>THE EQUIPMENTS ARE JUST TOO EXPENSIVE &#8211; exercising and getting fit does not mean big equipments all the time. You can simply buy an exercise video and follow the instructions so you&#8217;ll be on your way to a fitter and healthier you!</li>
