<p>If you need butter or oil for baking, try use only the half of what is needed and replace the other half with prune puree or applesauce.</p>
<p>Rather than putting margarines, cooking oils, and butter to prevent the food from sticking in your pan, why not buy a non-stick pan instead or use a cooking spray?</p>
<p>Stop eating white bread. Take a bite of the whole wheat bread instead.</p>
<p>When shopping for canned soups, make sure that you only get soups that are fat-free and milk-based.</p>
