Before buying that favorite healthy processed food or munching those delicious fresh green leaves, think of these major criteria so you would know if it is one of the healthiest foods there is.</p>
<p>Criteria # 1:  It can reduce the risk of certain heart diseases as well as other health conditions.</p>
<p>Criteria #2: High in vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other essential nutrients</p>
<p>Criteria #3: Low in calories</p>
<p>Criteria #4: Has high amount of Beta-Carotene, Vitamin A, and Vitamin E.</p>
<p>Criteria #5: Always available</p>
<p>Some of the foods that has all these criteria includes Almonds, Wheat germ, Vegetable Juice, Blueberries, Apple, Broccoli, Salmon, Sweet Potato, and Red Beans.</p>
<p>Most of these foods are readly available in the market. Being healthy doesn&#8217;t mean having the most expensive choices. Think of these criteria to help you find the most nutritious foods that would aid in maintaining a healthy you.</p>
