<ol>
<li> Stop taking acidic foods such as grapefruit, lemon juice, vinegar, and tomatoes.</li>
<li>Reduce your intake of spicy foods.</li>
<li>After eating, see to it that you don&#8217;t lie down within two to three hours.</li>
<li>Avoid eating greasy foods.</li>
<li>Dp not take beverages that can lead to acid reflux. This includes coffee or any caffeinated drinks as well as sodas.</li>
<li>Eat small meals frequently rather than three heavy meals everyday.</li>
