During the 3-Day diet, you will be only taking coffee, grapefruit and toast with peanut butter for breakfast. Lunch is comprised of tuna toast and coffee. On the other hand, you will be enjoying a dinner of chicken, carrots, apple, green beans and a cup of vanilla ice cream for dessert. Sounds tempting?</p>
<p>However, the 3-Day diet is not advisable since it is a form of Crash Diet which can be dangerous especially if you have health conditions such as diabetes and heart problems. The weight that you would lose in just 3 days comes mainly from the water that is in your body since you will not be eating foods rich in carbohydrates. The 3-Day diet would not only lead to a weak body but also dehydration as well.</p>
<p>And because it is just water that you lose during the said diet  program, you will immediately regain the pounds that you shed after 3 days!</p>
