Who doesn’t want their mixed vegetables to be stewed on creamy butter or a potato baked nicely with cheese and bacon? If you are after a scrumptuous taste, then cooked food is the way to go. However, if you want to have all the nutrients that you can get, then experts suggest that you eat raw foods.

Uncooked or raw foods are rich enzymes which are excellent in improving your digestion. More than half of these enzymes were destroyed when foods are being cooked.

Raw fruits and vegetables are also rich in water as well. That is why these are the right foods that you should take if you are having troubles with your bowel movement.

Some uncooked foods may really taste dull sometimes. So when eating raw foods, make sure that you add other healthy ingredients as well that would make it interesting as well as delicious.
