Top Exercise Excuses

Read on and see if you also say the same reason why you don’t stretch those muscles and exercise.

  1. I DON’T HAVE THE TIME TO EXERCISE! – yes you do! you can simply wake up early or take at least 10 minutes of your time to a basic exercise.
  2. I DON’T LIKE TO EXERCISE BECAUSE IT’S SO BORING – try to have a varied routine and think of the exercise as a fun activity than a chore to keep yourself in shape
  3. I FEEL EXHAUSTED AT THE END OF THE DAY, I’M TOO TIRED TO EXERCISE – do the routine in the morning rather than exercising at night.
  4. I’M JUST TOO LAZY TO EXERCISE – do it with a friend to make exercising a lot more fun
  5. THE EQUIPMENTS ARE JUST TOO EXPENSIVE – exercising and getting fit does not mean big equipments all the time. You can simply buy an exercise video and follow the instructions so you’ll be on your way to a fitter and healthier you!
